Find the COTIC
Each asset, room, vehicle or service point carries its own Cloud on Tap Information Carrier.
COTICs (Cloud on Tap Information Carriers) connect physical points to authorised workflows and cloud history. Every application includes predictive AI based on its own cloud analytics.

Four deliberate steps
Each asset, room, vehicle or service point carries its own Cloud on Tap Information Carrier.
The COTIC opens the matching view in the phone's browser — no separate lookup.
Each person sees and submits only what their role permits.
Work joins the application's cloud history, is reviewed through the configured workflow and feeds its analytics.
Worked example · synthetic
An air-handling unit has a COTIC beside its service panel. A technician opens the permitted checklist, records an inspection and notes a follow-up. A supervisor reviews the submitted work record.
Interactive example with sample data — not a live customer installation.

Explore applicationPredictive AI, explained plainly
All ten Cloud on Tap applications include AI prediction based on the analytics each application holds in the cloud. Those analytics come from the records people submit through the application's authorised workflows — a COTIC opens the workflow; it is the submitted data that counts — under the same role permissions as the rest of the record.
Predictions support people's judgement. They do not replace review, professional advice or the configured workflow.
Records entered through the application's authorised workflows are stored in its cloud history.
Each application holds analytics on its own records in the cloud.
AI prediction draws on those analytics to help teams look ahead.
Useful by design
A simple information carrier can make the next permitted step easier to find—without adding a tracking claim or replacing a team's review process.
Relevant information opens at the physical point.
Forms can follow the actual task and role.
Records can be reviewed through the configured workflow.

A short technology note
COTIC stands for Cloud on Tap Information Carrier. A compatible phone reads it with a short-range contactless tap and opens the relevant digital page; information, forms, history and analytics live in the cloud application configured for the use case.
A COTIC is not a sensor, location tracker, identity check or proof that work happened. It is a practical entry point into an authorised workflow.

A few clear answers
No. A COTIC is an information carrier. It does not provide location tracking or verify a person's identity or presence.
The phone must support contactless reading and have it enabled. The linked page opens in a browser; exact behaviour depends on the device and configuration.
Each application includes AI prediction based on the analytics it holds in the cloud. What a prediction can cover depends on the data available to that application and how it is configured.
That depends on the configured workflow. The worked example shows a supervisor reviewing a submitted record.
No. It is a synthetic illustration. It does not represent a customer site, a service result or a real AI prediction.
